We are seeking skilled and motivated AC Service Technicians to handle residential and commercial air conditioning installation, troubleshooting, and preventative servicing. Candidates will be provided with field kits, standard safety gear, and route-based work assignments.

Key Responsibilities & Role:
✓ Carry out on-site installation, uninstallation, and bracket mounting for split AC units
✓ Execute gas recovery, vacuum pressure testing, and charging (R32, R410A)
✓ Troubleshoot inverter PCB circuit boards, fan blowers, and compressor start relays
✓ Conduct high-pressure jet pump coil washing and clean condensate drain lines
✓ Update service status, parts replacement logs, and client sign-offs via mobile field app

Eligibility
• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, ITI (RAC / Electrical), Diploma, or Degree Dropout with field experience
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in residential/commercial AC servicing
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license for site visits
• Physical fitness to work on portable ladders and handle service gear safely
